Software

All tooling is designed in 3D using SolidWorks with Logopress3.   This combination of software is complete with blank simulation and die simulation.

Offering a complete CAD service using the following tools: 

  • 3D design using SolidWorks 2010, 2011 with Logopress3
  • 2D design using AutoCAD® 2009
  • HP Large format plotting - 42 inch

 With each design you will receive the following:

  • Plan views and cross-section views of the die
  • Complete bill of materials
  • Complete set of detail drawings
  • Solid model of the tool and solid models of all details
  • If required, a complete set of paper drawings (plotted prints)

For AutoCAD® users, drawings will be converted and placed on layers, text style and any other styles will be set per your shop format.
